Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in advance. If you have paid upfront, please note that we do not offer refunds, but we can provide an exchange or reschedule. We understand that emergencies may arise, but please let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time so we can update our system. In the event of cancellation, a 20% or $10 fee (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your initial deposit. However, your credit with us will still be valid. Thank you for your understanding.
